So Now what? How Do I get started?
There are several steps to complete your site. The web site process takes about 7-10 days to complete depending on your availablity. Other projects are given a date of completion during the time of your quote. I do require a 50% deposit per project. Credit card and debit card payments can be made through PAYPAL (A paypal account is no longer required to make online payments). All content must be provided by the client via email. Quote: Contact me and we can discuss your project in detail. Website site map/ hierarchy , navigation and any other useful tools for your site. All Quotes are honored for 60days.
Deposit: Once a quote has been agreed upon 50% deposit is required. I do accept credit cards, checks and debit cards through paypal.
Content: It is the clients responsibility to provide all the copy/content for the project/website and needed by time of implementation via email or word document. If a copywriter is needed I recommend www.mywaywithwords.com
Obtain Hosting and Domain: While design is being drafted I recommend purchasing your domain and hosting at www. castillohosting.com. If you prefer I can set this up for you but will need you to create and account and place a credit card on file with castillo /Hosting ( FYI I am a reseller and do not have access to your credit card)
Drafts/Feedback on Design: Draft within 24/48 hours. At this point we can change colors, layout , fonts. Once approved these items can not be change without incurring an additional fee. Projects are set up with dummy content for design purposes only but must be ready at time of implementation.
Implementation: After client has approved the design, it is implemented and your site begins to take form. At this point I will need all the copy/content for your site. I can then fill areas with images and highlight text with graphics.
Review: Your project is sent in a low resolution draft for review. A site is uploaded and you are given a test link to review the site. At this point the site needs to be proof read, checked for grammatical errors and any other inconsistencies.
Balance Due: Once the site is approved the balance is due.
Upload: Once balance is paid your project files are surrendered to you or your site will be uploaded to your hosting and your domain will become active within 24hours.
